The Real Estate Team in the Crown Isle Resort and Golf community are excited to announce that they are very close to receiving City of Courtenay approval for construction drawings on the expansion of two major subdivisions within the community.
Site services and road work are expected to commence this winter, with paving scheduled to take place in the Spring when the asphalt plant re-opens for 2018. They are forecasting to have registration on the lots sometime in late April / early May of 2018.
There are 69 lots being released in Phase III of The Rise (north side of Ryan Road) and 67 lots in the extension of Crown Isle Drive, Cambridge Park Estates. Lot prices in The Rise are expected to start at $195,000 and in Cambridge Park Estates at $250,000.
Silver Sand Land Corp. and Silverado Land Corp, the two Real Estate Development Divisions of the Crown Isle community, will begin taking reservations on Proposed Building Lots both phases in September. Pricing is subject to change.

Construction on new homes in Phase 2 of The Ridge will be underway this month. This phase consists of 43 lots, with some featuring stunning views of the ocean and of the surrounding mountains.
The developers plan to add an additional 100 lots in the next phase, which will to come onto the market in the summer of 2018. All of these lots will include zoning for a secondary suite.
The Ridge is a new sustainable residential community in South Courtenay and is a picture-perfect location for building a new home in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island.

Phase 1 of The Ridge subdivision has been sold out and there are a few select lots available in Phase 2.
Currently, developers are in the planning and approvals stages for Phase 3, which will include 106 new lots for sale in the beautiful Comox Valley.

Construction of the 25 strata lots in Phase II of Hampton Gate is now complete. Some of the remaining lots feature of view of the 17th fairway and / or the pond in front of the 16th green. Southwind Development Corporation is moving ahead with Phase IV of the The Ridge at RiversEdge, a pre-planned residential development. They have made an application for preliminary layout approval to build a 20-lot subdivision on this 5.24 acre site in West Courtenay.
Single family homes will be built on these oversize lots starting in the Spring of 2017. New trails will be built within the subdivision to connect with existing trails and the Ruth Masters Park, along the Puntledge River.
Some site preparation has been completed and lot servicing will commence in early 2017.

Developers have begun site preparation for Phase II which will contain 43 single family lots. This subdivision will be completed in the early spring and registration is expected to completed on all of the lots by the end of April 2017.
Sixty-six of the lots have already been sold in Phase I and many homes, some with secondary suites, have already been built in the master-planned community. The Ridge is one of the most desirable locations for new homes in the Comox Valley.

Crown Isle Real Estate will be adding building lots to the Crown Isle community as building lot inventory is at an extreme low due to high sales activity during the past 18 months while demand for new construction continues to increase. Here is an update on a few of their new subdivisions:
Crown Isle Drive Extension – Phase III will include 14 lots. Site servicing and road works are in progress with registration expected early November; 13 lots have been reserved. A smaller six lot subdivision, Crown Isle Drive – Britannia is now registered. Five of six lots have been reserved with one lot remaining on the 13th tee.
The RISE – Phase II will include 28 behind Costco. Site servicing and roadwork is complete and registration is expected within the next few weeks. Of the 28 lots, 25 have been reserved.
Hampton Gate - Phase II, will include 25 lots and construction has begun with registration expected later this year; 17 of the 25 lots have been reserved.
