Recently, I visited Parkside, a condominium project that is tucked away within the Old Orchard area of Courtenay, a popular area of historic character homes in the Comox Valley.  Parkside is located only a five minute walk to the downtown core of Courtenay, where residents have access to a farmers market, retail shops, a grocery store, banks and specialty shops.  This week I took a tour of the Rockcliffe Homes project inside the Fairwinds community.
