New Courtenay Townhomes on Piercy Avenue Now Under Construction

Construction Waste Recycling and Disposal Consultation Thursday, July 19 in Courtenay and Campbell River

Real Estate is Busy at Vancouver Island Golf Course Community Crown Isle

Crown Isle golf course homesThe Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community real estate scene is busy this summer, starting with the construction of a new real estate sales centre for this Vancouver Island golf course community. The new sales centre is now being built at the main entrance to the resort community.
In addition several new single family homes are being built throughout the 831 acre property in East Courtenay. Local builders are busy with both custom and spec homes. Crown Isle Homes is now selling its recently completed show piece home "The Waldorf". And there is no sign of the construction slowing down. 17 new lots are being built along the Suffolk Connector and part of Idiens Way.
