The Grove – Monterra Builder's Newest Luxury Patio Homes at Crown Isle Selling Fast

Site construction is underway for Phase 1 which will include six luxury patio homes that will be finished in November.

When completed, The Grove will have 18 patio homes nestled in a private setting, surrounded by privacy fencing and extensive landscaping. Construction Now Underway For Monterra Builders' New Patio Homes in Crown Isle - The Grove

The Grove ConstructionConstruction has started on The Grove, Crown Isle’s newest patio home development in the beautiful Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. The 18 new luxury patio homes will be built by Monterra Builders at the entrance to Crown Isle at Crown Isle Drive and Ryan Road in Courtenay.

The new homes will range in size from 1,415 to 1,625 square feet and will include luxury finishing and two car garages. Owners can also choose from one of three colour schemes and can choose from four different floor plans.

Foundation work is starting this week and construction is well underway for Phase I, which will include six new homes. These new homes will be completed in November of 2014. The site will be well landscaped and will include privacy fencing and hedging. Prices start at $405,000.
