New Lots in Comox For Sale in New Subdivision

There are ten lots for sale in the new Torrence Mountain View subdivision, located in Comox in the Comox Valley. Three new homes have been completed, and one of the new homes has sold and is now occupied. The new homes are approximately 1,800 sq. ft. in size, with the two homes remaining are priced at $359,900 and $369,900. A total of ten new single family homes will be built on this site, with lots varying in size from 454 to 741 square metres.  The average lot will be about 550 square meters, and most of these lots for sale feature mountain views. Homes by Crown Isle Excited about the Future Building New Custom Homes on Vancouver Island

Crown Isle HomesSilverado Land Corp. has made the decision to postpone seeking further approvals for The Rise, a new subdivision close to the Costco store, and behind the Nissan dealership in Courtenay after experiencing approval delays from the City of Courtenay. The land's owner, Silver Sand Land Corporation, was seeking to create a 31-lot single-family home subdivision on both sides of an extension of Crown Isle Boulevard, between Salal Place and a commercially-zoned lot behind the Nissan auto dealership.
