Only two new single family homes at RiversEdge in Courtenay are available for sale. These one-level, single family homes were built by Southwind Developments Coropration as part of Phase III of a pre-planned development. The other 22 homes have been sold.

Demand for New Custom Homes in the Crown Isle Golf and Resort Community are Booming!
