Crown Isle Community in Courtenay Plans to Add Residential Lots during 2015

A neighbourhood in Crown Isle in Courtenay on Vancouver IslandSilverado Land Corporation, owners of the Crown Isle Community, are working with the City of Courtenay to finalize a subdivision application to extend Crown Isle Drive and connect Norfolk and Idiens Way. This would bringing 18 additional lots to the market for sale.  Crown Isle hopes to have approval on approximately 100 new single family lots during 2015 to meet the growing demand for new construction in the community.  The additional 82 lots would come from four additional subdivisions offering four different price points. During 2014 more homes and lots sold in the Crown Isle community than in any other year in its 26 year history.  New subdivisions may include but are not limited to:

  • Crown Isle Drive Extension - 18  Single Family lots
  • Hampton Gate, Phase II - 25 Single Family lots
  • Sussex Extension - 22  Single Family lots
  • The Rise near Costco - 28  Single Family lots
  • Crown Isle Drive near Britannia Place - 7 Single Family lots
